Basic Outline Rules / How to Play
"Hi Ti" Baccarat is played in the same way and according to the same rules as the game of Punto Banco except that there are additional egalite/tie wagers available. The basic rules of Punto Banco can be found on this website.
Players do not need to place a standard wager on either the Player or the Banker to place a "Hi Ti" egalite/tie side wager. They may place a single "Hi Ti" bet, more than one or on all combinations, if they wish to do so.
The wager is that the two hands will be of an equal score, (i.e. an egalite/tie) but will be in a range of specific scores/outcomes. The wager will win if any of the specific scores/outcomes in the selected range is the result of the tied hand.
The wager is that the two hands will be of an equal specific score, (i.e. an individual egalite). The wager will win if that specific individual egalite has been wagered on.
If the score is not an egalite, all wagers on "Hi Ti" will lose.
If the score is an egalite, all "Hi Ti" wagers on the specific range of numbers and colours that includes the winning outcome will win and be paid the appropriate odds. All "Hi Ti" wagers on a range of numbers and colours, where applicable, that does not include the winning outcome, will lose.
For the purposes of the following zero is included in the "even" outcomes.
